Bell pleads guilty, sentenced to 2.5 years
Joseph Francis Bell Jr., 53, was sentenced by Cochise County Superior Court Judge Wallace R. Hoggatt to 2.5 years in prison for attempting to steal two all-terrain vehicle tires from a bed of a truck.
